  2. Procedures as signature Thigh Lift in October - He wouldn't do it the same time as all the rest. Then I can go straight back to my Victoria Secrets Modelling lol
  3. I was lucky then as I was given 3 compression bra's and 3 compression girdles on discharge from hospital.
  4. I waited until I was at goal for a while. I can understand you wanting to look into it though and hope you get the answer you want ! I was off pain meds after 7 days, longer than normal as I had five procedures done at once. Certainly wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and I am very pleased with the results. Congratualtions on the weight loss ! Kate
  5. Fantastic... You have worked really hard! Enjoy the results Kate
  6. Yes !! Just wish I had done it earlier. Kate
  7. I have found having a riser/recliner and commode invaluable. I am still sleeping on it now (the riser/recliner not the commode lol) and I am 4 weeks out. Make sure you have support at home for as long as you can or need. More than anything, keep up with Protein and fluids. Rest as much as you can. Take stool softeners and something for constipation before you have the surgery. Best of luck with the surgery and please come back and let us know how you got on Kate
  8. Looking good Numbergurl37... Keep up the good work Kate
  9. I bought protein pasta and I think the box it came in would have been tastier. So, I just don't have it. Kate
  10. Congratulations.. Enjoy celebrating
  11. Only one person gave me a negitive comment and that was, "Can't you just diet" I know it was because she was scared for me having the surgery and she has been supportive ever since but Geeze Louise. Like I hadn't been yo yo dieting for the previous 30 years.
  12. Can you make your own chicken broth? Just don't add salt. Congratulations on the surgery and speedy recovery Kate
  13. So sorry to hear that... Can you appeal? Kate
  14. 10 posts and all about this Protein Powder. I smell commission.
  15. Protein drinks are classed as fluids. I mixed mine with water, not milk. Yum Kate
  16. Sorry to hear of your difficulties but its wise to follow the first couple of weeks again. I hope you feel better soon, I bet you are dreaming of the pureed stage ! Kate
  17. Now once a week or once a fortnight. I used to weigh myself every day but I just couldn't keep that up long term. It would have driven me bonkers Kate
  18. Congratulations !!
  19. Beautiful dress. I think you look great in it!! I agree with the others who have suggested a heavier material for the skirt. Congratulations on the weight loss Kate
