So wish I had the strength...

I wish I had of had mine sooner. But everyone has to be ready to have it done. You should go to some group meetings And hear what others have to say about their surgery and ask all the questions you have on your mind.
  2. I am so thankful my surgeon didn't require any pre liquid diet. Good luck to each of you.

    Hair Loss

My doctors office gave me a paper and it stated: if you take your vitamins and eat all your protein you should have a better chance of not loosing hair.
  5. Hi All,I have been reading your post off and on. Trying to get information to see if I should get the sleeve or bypass. I decided on the sleeve. Surgery was Monday 7/27 went home Tuesday 7/28. No pain or nausea. I have been very blessed having no problems this far. How ever the vitamins are a lot to swallow. And trying to remember to drink water, protein shakes and take medication take up a lot of time. I would like to thank everyone for their posts that helped me make my decision.
