  1. Congrats on the shrinking head!!! I found that my glasses didn't fit due to the decrease in size of my bonce.. And I dropped two sizes in shoe... It's stuff like this - stuff you don't think about - that makes up for all the sh*t!!! Well done LittleHeadBill...
  2. In!!! I'll be starting a week late... Jan 9 actually.. But I'll catch up...
  3. Yes... Olive oil and butter...
  4. And THIS is why it's been two weeks between this post and my previous post... What a joke...
  5. Tell 'em whatever you wanna tell 'em... I've never balked at talking about my surgery, but that's not for everyone... Tell 'em half truths... Tell 'em lies... Tell 'em everything... You don't answer to anyone but yourself... People are gonna judge... We all do it... So you may as well do things how YOU wanna do 'em.. But if you do make sh*t up - Make it good!!!
  6. Same topic, different heading... It's old... It's tired... It's not gonna change... It's the internet for f*cks sake... If you CHOOSE to let this shit get you down then you deserve to be down... If you don't like what's been said, find another forum where they tell you what you wanna hear... Or better still, turn your f*cking computer off, get off your fat arse and go for a walk... Honestly, it's sh*t like this that keeps me away... Speaking of away...
  7. Yep... And not just friends... I've ended relationships of all types in the 17 months since my op... And I've not regretted doing so for even a second... I'm all about me... I'm doing what I've gotta do... I've surrounded myself (to some degree) with people who are supportive... My people... This isn't for everyone of course... But it's what I needed to do... If you want/need more info, flick me a PM...
  8. 17ish months out... Stalled for the past four or five... But I think it's breaking... Stick with your sh*t... If you protein it, it will come...
  9. Add me if you like... My food diary is public... And my name is the same as here only with a _ between the two words...
  10. @@Zoes.Realm I had (and still have on occasion) the same problem... I've found that it's when I'm having two or three Protein shakes per day... If I have the shakes and get all my Water in I have the diarrhea problem... If I don't get enough water, I have the constipation problem... I guess there's just no pleasing our sleeven poo gods...
  11. I've not used anything but Syntrax Matrix/Nectar the entire time... I rate them all highly... Except the blue one... That tastes like crap... But the rest are great... In particular, the Vanilla Torte with some lite milk or the Fuzzy Navel with water... I've not had the 'non-mixing' issue tho... Maybe you just need to shake it a little harder...
  12. Having said all that - Who the f*ck would wanna go without sport and/or sex???
  13. As it happens, I'd happily and successfully survive without all of them... I do not enjoy food... I do not enjoy beer... TV serves a purpose... Sport is similar... Sex is great... But it's not what I live for... As there also appears to be a particular order that these should go in, I apologise if I've not got them listed correctly... So with all that in mind - Yes, the statements made in the preceding posts are certainly sexist generalisations...
  14. Imagine the ensuing uproar if a few guys had posted such sexist generalisations about women...
  15. Or there's the other extreme... I saw my surgeon at two weeks, 12 weeks and 26 weeks... I've seen neither him nor the nutritionist since then... Haven't heard anything from them... I had access to the nutritionist (free of charge) for a year for a year if I'd wanted it... Of course, my 'stall of a lifetime' didn't start until after the 12 months was up... As of today I'm at exactly 72 weeks...
  16. No need for the grossing thanx @ I'm happy to watch and learn... One can never learn too much about the lady-folk...
  17. Booooooo... I wanted this to be SO MUCH MORE 'TMI'... Oh well... Maybe next time...
  18. And by 'offensive selfies' I mean saggy moobs and floppy, flabby apron pics... Not anything else... Shirtless KindaFamiliar is confronting, embarrassing and offensive enough!!
  19. I'll post some offensive selfies... No, no... That's not a worry... It's just that work and sleep ALWAYS get in the way of my BP fun...
  20. I didn't see it... I wanna see it...
  21. I look forward to... Oh... Never mind...
  22. 'Inside'?? 'Inside' what?? Nothing 'inside' about that... Everyone here knows you're a SnarkyB*tch... It's what you were before you went all soft and became 'Naughty Girl'... Now, no more hijacking threads... It seems to happen whenever I post... Hence my decline in posting... Apologies @@Red_lips_and_confidence Normal service will now resume...
  23. I'm with SnarkyB*tch (@@LipstickLady ) If you have a 'sweet craving' have a square of high-cocoa dark chocolate... It'll cure what ails ya... But I'm also with @@OutsideMatchInside For the most part, I'd much prefer something savoury... I piece of nice cheese... Something salty and... Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm... Anyway, leave it a while yet... Maybe 'til you're on top of your cravings and stuff... As others have said or alluded to, it's not always easy to stop at just one... Good luck to you!!
