I'm a 43 year old married mother of 2 very busy teenage boys. I work at a dental office were my official title Is hygiene coordinator, but it's mostly all around front desk operations. I have struggled with my weight my entire life. My lowest weight was around 155lbs in high school and that lasted about 2 yrs before the weight started to creep back up. My goal is to get back to around 155 and maintain my weight. That my not sound like a small number to some, but it sounds WONDERFUL to me. :-)
