    Hi all.. I am going to weigh in on Sundays b/c it will work better w/ my schedule. I started last Sunday at 294 and weighed in at 291 today. I updated my signature part, but need to move that ticker, and can't find the url to get back there.. Anyone know how to do it? Thanks Catherine

    Had to have an emergency unfill.....

    I ate raw baby carrots for Breakfast yesterday and .... lets just say that wasn't tooooo smart I chewed well..but I got stuck..but nothing would come up for hours. I couldn't eat all day or night. Not even pudding would go down. Today I am fine..but ate soft foods just incase it is irritated in there. Hope everyone has a good week. Catherine

    Spring Bootcamp 2006

    I weight and took my measurements today... 294 (my mind keeps turning the 9 and 4 around..wishfull thinking I guess ) 49.9 percent body fat Neck 16 Bust 48 under bust/chest 43.5 fr1 (fat roll 1 between the bust and waist:faint: ) 45 waist 41 fr2 (fat roll 2 between the waist and the hips :faint: ) 54 Hips 53.5 thigh 33 calf 22 Goal -25lbs And thank you to Teresa Skinner for the help getting on the thread!     Need help weaning myself off of sweets

    Hi I have the same issue. This is my theory on it. I use food, especially sugar for emotional reasons. It doesn't matter if I am hungry or not... I also have a physiologial addiction to any sugar or refind carbs. I had the band to help with the physical side of overeating, but that does not stop me from eating sugar or refind carbs. I am working on the emotional part of that and to help. I have to totally elimiate all sugar and refind carbs or else the physiological cravings are there... there really is no weaning off that crap. Even when I am not eatting any of it... the emotional cravings for comfort foods or to over eat still come up.. and that is something totally different that is hard as hell to work on, but I need to do it to try and get myself in order I would recommend some kind of counseling to help guide you to those issues and work on them. I kinda like the body/mind integration counseling (you can do some research on the net) I have also found that ..yes.. exercising does help. I was never an exerciser before. I took a class here called Yoga for round bodies. It was great. It really got me into a space where I felt good after exercising,and I continued to exercise after the class. I now have joined a gym and do cardio - bike or walk, some weights, and .. I get in a freaking bathing suit (YYKKESS..but I do!!) and swim. To top it off I hit the steam room after and I feel like a million bucks. It is amazing actually. I would not recommend a regular yoga class to start. I took one and injured myself b/c I was not ready for that yet. Anyway.. email me if you need to Good luck!! Catherine

    I went through the same thing... I think it is a normal emotional response, although it feels like we are going nutty. I think the others are right... try and relax, meditate, journal... don't stress yourself out even more. Do some light exercises and then some streching... Good luck
