Also, if you can walk some, it will help with cramps. I was sleeved on 4/27/15 and had no problems, just can't eat or drink, struggling with the protein...only 10 pounds down...you are doing good, don't get discouraged. -

I am 17 days post op and I have only lost 10 lbs since the day of surgery. Is that normal?
