Hi! My name is Shannon. I had lapband surgery on March 6, 2015. My first month I lost 30 pounds! The post-surgery recovery was fairly easy. Little to no pain and was able to eat fine week 3. At my first post-op appointment  4/10 I did not get a fill...since I was in the green zone and feeling great. I just had my second post-op appointment on 5/1 and they gave me 1cc to fill me to 5 cc's from 4. It is way way way too tight for me. I'm having trouble eating and drinking a lot. I may need to go in and have them reduce it by 1/2cc. I have dropped 7 pounds since then...so that's a benefit, but I actually love being in the green zone...not red.
 
 
I'm a single mom of 3 kids. Just recently moved to Arizona from California. The cost of living here is so much better. I'm an avid football fan...I love the Green Bay Packers and the Ohio State Buckeyes. I also love baseball...and am an Angels and a Padres fan.
