  1. I drink Water when I get up then either a slice of bacon or a belvita biscuit then I have a Protein Shake then for lunch I eat usually tuna with light mayo. then around 2 I have a snack usually peanuts or fruit of some sort. Around 6 before dinner I have more Protein usually a little of a shake for example. Then dinner I have grilled chicken or shrimp. I usually eat dinner at 730 and I finish off with a sugar free Popsicle around 9pm.. That is what I am at now month 1 and 2 were mostly just Protein Shakes and tuna.. Oh and I drink 4oz of apple juice a day.. Helps with my horrible acid reflux.. I also ride my bike 1 hour 3 times a week and have a boflex to work out on.. Everyone is different and this seems to be working for me. ????


  2. I was 6 weeks post op and my dr okayed a drink here and there socially. I had a wedding and drank 2 Malibu bay breezes couple hours apart. Took forever to drink, but it was delish! I didn't get a quick buzz. I'm now 10 weeks post op and tried a vodka drink and as soon as I drank it I knew sleeve didn't like it and I didn't drink it.

  3. My surgery was on 5/5 and everything went well .No leaks. I did have an issue with my stomach being inflamed and anything I tried to drink other then ice chips I would throw up. Not a fun time. They gave me something for the inflammation and a needle in my back side for the nausea. Around 8 clock last night the nausea subsided and I have been able to drink apple juice and Water. Going home today ????.. Sitting here sipping my apple juice.
