I read that the faster you loose the faster you get to that peek where you don't loose weight. And I'm very weak I can barely eat. I'm still on liquids despite the fact the doctor wants me to have food

I don't weigh myself unless I go to my sisters house where's there's a scale and I'll write down but other than that I don't really think about it and when I least think I lost weight that when I loose the most. My pre op diet I didn't think I lost that much and I lost 21 lbs and I found that out the day of my surgery.

I'm obsessed since before my surgery I started at 350 before the 2 week diet before the surgery and the day of the surgery I weighed 330 I haven't weighed myself since and I'm 5 days post op can anyone post some before and afters

Everything went great im walking and breathing right I just get so full sipping on the Water and the doc won't let me go home till I can drink 4 cups and 2 Protein Shakes
