  1. I didnt have to do a liquid diet , I think it has to do with something about the liver shrinking before surgery

  6. me as well lol but I'm of finally the queen of slow losers, I have yet to see a member anywhere on this site lose as slow and lil as me lol , progress is progress and at least we're not gaining, congratulations on all of your progressI can totally relate!!! I am focusing on adding in a lot more working out and next on the list is getting in my water because I really struggle with that. We will get there, at least we're not were we was

  9. I had my surgery monday, the nausea went away, but I got a real bad headache and I don't think I'm getting enough fluids in, and I no longer like premier protein shakes ugh

  11. wow that's crazy, I had my surgery and They gave me a private room for privacy , Ur insurance most likely paid for a private room as well, i hope things get better for u and walk so u don't get real bad gas pains I was going to get a private room but they didn't have any beds open they had me in recovery room for 5hours. I should be on bariatric floor but I'm not. I keep telling them I want to walk but I'm on hooked up lol o ok, I hope they soon let u walk that's essential in order for you to heal correctly
  12. hello I had my sugery and until the day of I was nervous and was really considering cancelling my surgery, I was scard of the unknown, the pain and most scard of not waking up, I promise you soon as u close ur eyes u will be opening em, u will be in pain when u first wake up by the evening u will only have minimal pain and today I have lil to no pain , i hope u have a speedy recovery, you came to far to back out now
