  1. Heyyyy everyone????????, I haven't been weighed yet, so I don't have my update stats quite yet, but I wanted to say hello and congratulations to everyone, I was sleeved on Monday September 14th, 2015 ????????

I was also sleeved on 9/14 and had to stay in the hospital for a extra 2 days because of this same issue, they gave me around the clock iv and Zofran every 4 hours , I came home on Thursday still MISERABLE and had a headache because I still wasn't tolerating nothing, I keep taking the Zofran and on Friday my husband got me some chicken broth from bob Evans (checked with my surgery team first) and it gave me life slowly by Saturday, I literally magically felt better from the Zofran and still sipping on the delicious broth and I hate broth lol now it's sunday I sent him to get me 2 large broth to last me and I haven't had a zofran since yesterday and no pain meds since Friday and I got up for a walk, cooked Breakfast and even went to church, I need a nap but I feel accomplished , but u may need a iv fluids and I hope u feel lots better, hugs How are u feeling today
  3. What did you put on your incisions after surgery, to reduce the swelling, scars etc etc .......thank you in advance
  4. what size are u now. I'm so curious being as though I was sleeved on monday, I'm a 42ddd
  5. that almost happened to me, mine was only 6.7 and had to get it to 10.5, I took 2 chewable Flintstone tablets with iron with orange juice and ate a can of beets everyday, day of surgery my iron was 10.7, best wishes to you
  6. I'm on my feet 7.5 hours a day, had my surgery this Monday that just passed and I'm going Back to work this upcoming Monday
  7. I had my surgery monday, the nausea went away, but I got a real bad headache and I don't think I'm getting enough fluids in, and I no longer like premier protein shakes ugh

  9. I'm day 3 and still in the hospital as well. Congratulations to us both yes big congratulations to us - how are you going with getting enough fluids down? I am due to go home today but haven't been able to get down the required fluids 1.5 litres maybe 200mls if lucky I wasn't able to get the required fluids down either, so they kept me two more days, now I'm at home struggling to get them down

  15. wow that's crazy, I had my surgery and They gave me a private room for privacy , Ur insurance most likely paid for a private room as well, i hope things get better for u and walk so u don't get real bad gas pains I was going to get a private room but they didn't have any beds open they had me in recovery room for 5hours. I should be on bariatric floor but I'm not. I keep telling them I want to walk but I'm on hooked up lol o ok, I hope they soon let u walk that's essential in order for you to heal correctly
  16. hello I had my sugery and until the day of I was nervous and was really considering cancelling my surgery, I was scard of the unknown, the pain and most scard of not waking up, I promise you soon as u close ur eyes u will be opening em, u will be in pain when u first wake up by the evening u will only have minimal pain and today I have lil to no pain , i hope u have a speedy recovery, you came to far to back out now

  18. I was nervous as well. The first day is going hurt,I'm not going lie but everyday following is a piece of cake, I'm not in no pain right now, and up and walking, slow walking but walking, keep us all updated
