She said they won't do it before the holiday week. they still haven't gave me a date, I'm still waiting ugh but congrats again. Keep me updated please ur the first person that i know on here that submitted around me lolWill do. I hope you hear soon. What's the delay in scheduling if you got approval already. I don't know but after I read your post, it gave me reassurance that I should have a date, so I called and I go at 2pm to pick a date with the insurance cordinator, thank you so much, so after 2, Ill have my date whoot whoot :D:D

@@byebyefat i think it's ok that you called dr's office taking matters in your own hands you have the right!!! you were waiting for approval from insurance i can relate to your anxiety i think administrator did drop the ball she would probably "eventually" realize she wasn't on top of your case but you forging ahead was good - taking charge of yourself make sure you (everyone) ALWAYS are nice/respectful to OP catch more flies with honey glad you got a positive response /reply for surgery hopefully surgery will be scheduled sooner than later your comment "most likely won't sleep till tomorrow lol" get over it!! deal with it you know what a grouch you can be in the morning without your 8 hours of sleep sweet dreams good luck speedy recovery kathy thank you so much, I sound like a lil kid on the phone, i couldnt sound or be mean if i wanted too lol

I'm a very patient person but for some reason waiting for approval from the insurance company got me on edge, so my Dr's office was suppose to put the request for my insurance last friday 8/7 / 15 and something told me to call my Dr's office to check smh well they insurance cordinator says it slipped her mind, she'll do it first thing in the morning smh , what if I would of never called, ugh I know its only going be a additional week but so what, I did my part and now I expect my drs office to do there part, am I wrong for feeling like this, my husband told me I'm going over bored, to relax ......Follow-up, I was approved, yayyyyyyy it was submitted on Friday 8/14/ 2015 and got the call around noon today 8/17/2015 , it was approved today, I have to wait for registration to give me a call tommorow with surgery dates, I most likely won't sleep till tommorow lol

Update, mine was submitted on friday august 14th and was approved today yayyy thank you everyone

mine was submitted on the 14th and was approved today, they told me 3-4 weeks and only took a weekend so keep checking and good luck

awww, I never ate one but it will be all worth, keep up the great work, I was required to loose wieght but not go on a liquid diet to after surgery, isn't that odd, but ur surgery is right around the corner, I'm happy for u, I'm so anxious to get approved and get date

i had to loose either 5% or 3% , Sorry i forget which percent but I was 298 , I dont know why, it was a requirement of my insurance and, I did the 3 miltary diet n lost 7 pounds besides that I just walked more n ate less n drank more water
