ok , thank you, I started it today, the protein shakes were actually ok, I blended mine with some ice yummy ????

their telling me, Because I have to maintain the 5 % weightloss , that was one of my insurance stipulations, and so was 6 months of nutritionist visits and weigh ins, psych evaluation, and a letter of recommendation and a physical, pre op testing and class, I assumed also once it's approved it's approved, I guess that's not the case

I have done it before sometimes I loose and sometimes I don't lose nothing but a pound or two, thank you though

thank you so much for the words of encouragement, my pre op diet went wonderful I lost 30 pounds by just eating less and walking but I'm going start the liquid diet tommorow, and also exercising thanks again

I'm so ashamed, I came this far and lost all this weight, and I'm scheduled to be sleeved on September 14th, and i gained 4 pounds, now I'm at risk for the surgery being denied or rescheduled smh I been a nervous wreck ,and never had a problem with anxiety well it's at a all time high, now I have to loose 5 pounds before next Wednesday smh, Pray for me please

true because my dr doesn't require me to do a pre op liquid or any kind of diet only after surgery

I did the 3 day miltary diet and lost 7 pounds in 3 days Best of luck to u

my Dr's office gave me the run around as well, I called and took care of that, by speaking to a supervisor and 3 days later it was approved

Wow, it seems like majority of everyone on here psych evaluation was really intense, mine was only a couple questions, I actually waited longer in the lobby filling out the questionaire then I did speaking to the psych dr , I hope everything works out for everyone, and you all get your clearances

Yayyyy I finally ,after a long 8 months, I finally got my date, 9/14/15 I'm so excited yet so nervous, in less then 30 days I will be really doing this , wow I'm still in awe

Yesterday on the phone the coordinator said September 14th was open but she was going to look in the calendar to see if there is earlier. She said they won't do it before the holiday week. they still haven't gave me a date, I'm still waiting ugh but congrats again.
