    Worried!

Hi I'm Tiffany I mostly read these posts and never really publish but I'm worried and need some input. I am four months post on from the rny. I have lost 66lbs from surgery and here over the past three to four weeks I lose 5-6 pounds and stop losing for about a week or more. I do think know if this is considered small stalls or what the issue is but I do my protein and I feel as if I get adequate amounts of food too keep the weight loss consistent. Am I done losing weight? I'm not ready to be done. I wanna be under 200 and I'm scared I'm not going to get to that point! What's going on? Any reassurance or advice would be very much appreciated. Thank you

    Menstrual Like Cramps

The surgery and losing weight rapidly affects your hormones .... I would think this why you guys seem to be experiencing this. I hope it eases up and you can focus on happier things

    Need an uplifting

Well I'm only getting maybe 20 grams of Protein at the Moment which is fine with my surgeon at this point as he is more focused on staying hydrated for the first two weeks. I should try beneprotein so I can more in... Thank you
  8. Hi... I had my surgery on May 5th 2015. And I've been home since the 7 th .I am doing well getting all my fluids in and some if it being protein. I have at small amounts of cottage cheese, soup, and cream of wheat. So statistically I am doing great. However I am so tired and weak that it's breaking my spirit . Everything exhausts me and it's something I am not use to. I am a busy body by nature so even only being a week out I feel like I'm going insane. I walk daily and have gotten out a few times but it takes everything out of me. I need to see the light at the end of the tunnel.... Any advice or words of encouragement? Thank you
  9. Wow I'm glad you are doing so well. It's nice to find so,done who has the same surgery date as me !
  10. I've hit my fluid intake everyday And come close to my protein. I've had a lot of pressure Which is uncomfortable but what's in I have left has been manageable so far. I m just really weak and tired I would say that's harder than he pain or not eating .... Are you experiencing any weakness or exhaustion?
  11. I was May 5th as well,
  12. Totally true about being weak and exhausted post op . I am 4 days post op and get exhausted from my showers as well. I have no energy and what little I do gets used to walk around and keep myself active for the best opportunity to heal. I have been able to get my fluids in with no problem but as soon as I am hot I am instantly nausea and feel lightheaded. Hope everything goes well for you and you are able to enjoy your vacation.
