  1. Had surgery on Aug 14th. The first night was a little rough but now I can eat and keep purred foods do so I should be going home today About the gas pains I feel mune is up under my ribs but is getting better with time and walking.
  2. I've taken the protein powder to my nutritionist and she said it was fine

  8. I don't know how your phone is but on mine I can set an alarm and give it a name so when it goes off it will say on the screen take vitamin or whatever I want it to

  11. @mishi.... I'm in the same boat you are..... haven't told many people and have had mixed responses to the news. I have a sister who had rny done 14 years ago and is fine. She can basically eat what she wants just has to watch the portion size. My mom friend and other sister and kids are totally supportive bit I have one sister and my husband are totally against it. My husband to the point that he will not even come to the hospital when I have surgery this friday. In a way it's hurtful but I had to tell myself along time ago that I was doing it for me and my health otherwise I would have bailed out long ago. Just know you are not the only one in that boat but it's being done for a healthier you and that's what's important

  14. Good luck to everyone having surgeru today. I'm at the preop appointments as we speak for my surgery friday. I can't believe it's finally here.

  18. Loo loo... yes mine does it the same way..... I'm having RNY on Aug 14 and my son sleeve the same day. .... I can't believe it's only 10 days away

  20. My surgery is scheduled for August 14th along with my sons. All of our appointments are done except for the pre-op surgery visit..... Start pre-op diet the end of July
