I'm about a week 1/2 out and wow, it's different for sure. I think my biggest problem is be able to drink slow, and head hunger. ????

Hello, I'm new to the group. I am just five days out from my surgery, and down 10 pounds already. I do have a mental feeling that I need to eat something, but I know it's all just mental.

Hello. I had surgery on April 6, as well, not feeling the best , but not too bad. I was something to eat, but I keep telling myself it's all mental cause I'm not hungry at all. I do have the spasms after I drink that don't feel good at all Netteyazz
