In what stage do you usually get your surgery date? After all tests and procedures, exercise class and all? Or after 6th month visit?

Having my endo Friday, and exercise demo week after. All my tests will be complete after endo. Do they normally send in insurance approval then or after your 6 mos appointment?

My nutritionist said they go on your first weigh in. You can not gain during because insurance will turn down. My bmi is 36.5 but I have a few co morbities.

Misspam they should at least tell you what month you will be having your surgery then and your checklist of tests you need to complete depending on your co morbities and health issues

I am only 48, but have had 5 back surgeries. That's how I gained this weight. But this time around I'm going to work out to strengthen my whole body. Where as before I just gave into this. Really excited. Already walking 3x around my block. Drinking lots of water where as before no exercises and no water. I am 219 lbs and 5'3". Always was 120 before and 3 inches taller before

Welcome, so sorry you have a disrespectful co worker. But good news is soon we'll all be smaller and you can laugh it off soon. I am very sensitive to my weight, and would be so embarrassed if it happened to me. We are all here together!! Keep your chin up.

I would have done at same time too. My gall bladder removal was a lot like it sounds the sleeve procedure will be. Full of a whole lot of air. So if me, I would as they say, kill 2 birds with one stone. Lol

They approved the pre surgery. But you can't be approved for the procedure til all is satisfied to send in. How would they know your results are all complied with?/ so I guess awaiting a tentative date

I've already done my evaluation and are op testing. And no supervised diet required either

Can anyone tell me how long after your endoscopy was your date set? I've only got August as the month mine is set for. My appointments are always the 1st week of month, so figuring maybe towards the end
