  2. I already have started doing the exercises they demonstrated in my class. I'm doing 10 exercises 2x a day. A minute for each. Can't wait until I can do more. I've had 5 back surgeries which makes this more difficult for me, but I'm hanging in there great! ☺

  5. I have a couple smaller sizes I liked well that I've kept. I am a shop o holic too. Lol. Not too many, but plenty to start off with.

  7. Time is getting closer for all of us. Seems like such a long road. But very very worth it. 6 months seems so long, but saw where someone else on here had to wait a year. I ordered the injury sample pack and vitamins. Anxious to try. I've not cared for any pre mixes yet, but need more selection for variety.
  8. Keep your head up. Never know it could be water weight gain. Also maybe their scales are different that your wls office too. All 3 of my Drs say I weigh a different amount

  11. Awesome to hear ! Surely all went fine with your sleep study. I got all my tests outta the way in the first couple of months of this 6 month wait.
  12. I do not have to do a sleep study because I don't have sleep apnea. Or at least that's how my Dr decides who needs one.
  13. Smoking also increases risk of ulcers in pouch is main reason not to smoke. Quitting was the hardest thing. I used prescription Chantix to quit, but it takes 30 days or round about to work. I am 8 weeks smoke free.
  14. It seems as though September is still so far away to me. Extremely excited to start this journey's other side.
  15. I understand now. Hadn't heard anyone describe. My daughter had a colostomy as a baby and this was one if the tests. Unfortunately sat up like concrete in her. Lil. But that's also been 25 years ago.
  16. Mlilwood are you talking abt the endoscopy by chance? I was asleep for mine so no problem. But was really sore in my chest and back next day
  17. My Dr won't allow any nicotine. According to a lot if ppl in this sight, they test you for it too
  18. Hopefully it passes fast for you. Didn't have to have one of those.

  20. Good luck at appointments. Every since my exercise classes I have been doing them to get I n the swing of doing.
