My Dr gives them but know nothing about them and very curious. Do they give you energy? I've had 5 back surgeries and the meds I take make me feel like doing nothing.

With each surgery getting worse, I've gotten so overweight and unhappy. My weight was always something I monitored. But unable to do exercises years ago, I gained and gained.
