Just a vent, it's 3:37 am and I'm up as usual with my back killing me. After breaking twice, and 5 surgeries I'm miserable with the extra stress of the weight on my spine. I can't wait to get this surgery and get started end of pity party Lol.

I finish my last nutritionist Sept 9 th. Finished with everything else. Seen surgeon today and he said that day I will be scheduled for my surgery and pre op visit with him. ☺

I don't have a diet, but have to see a nutritionist for 6 months

I had the fusion too. They used another's bone for me, but I have the cage . big mess they made of me too. Lot's of deteriation. Been disabled every since.
