  1. I have the same stomach noise as you describe!!! I've just assumed its gas.
  2. I had my surgery with Dr. Spiegel on 12/07/07. At first things felt like a cattle call at his office, but they have always been very professional and have answered any questions I've had. My surgery was at University General Hospital in Houston and I can't say enough wonderful things about the facility, nurses, etc. A++, first class all the way. I'm due for my first fill on 01/15/08. I haven't been hungry at all and have lost almost 30 lbs. thus far -- does anyone know if you have to get a fill if you're losing?
  3. Special K chocolate?? Yummo! I had no idea it existed. Thanks for the tip!
  4. Has anyone tried the frozen entree by Angelo's that is Eggplant and Chicken Parmesan? It is so good! I eat 1/2 for lunch one day and the other 1/2 the next day. I usually have a yogurt with it too. My doctor said the Lean Cuisine's are okay, but its hard finding some without pasta or rice.
  5. I like plain Special K with skim milk. Also, the organic Rice Krispies are good too.
  6. I'm curious about the Special K Protein Water.....how does it taste? I like Crystal Light, but am not a fan of Propel.
