    Had surgery on 3/5 SW 253 Weight today 237 which hasnt changed in over 2.5 weeks. Can't understand why I am at a standstill. Cant really eat anything but I must admit I havent been getting in much protein. Any suggestions or advice on jumpstarting weighloss. Please help

      Stalls are very common a few weeks out. I see that complaint in the forums frequently, especially at 3 weeks out. The scale will start moving again soon.

      I keep protein shots around still and drink when I was having hard time eating which for me was the first 4 months..the sf ones...
