    Squeamish Sleeve

For the first several months the smell of cigarette smoke on someone would make me nauseous. And some perfumes. I was very sensitive to odors. But it is much better at five months

    Protein bars

I would wait and not stock up as your taste buds will change. I did this pre surgery with protein shakes and there was a few brands I did not like after surgery. So I had over 8 4 pkgs of protein shakes I can't drink.

    Opinion needed

This is your journey. I remember wanting cottage cheese too. I could only eat two bites as it was so filling. So don't be surprised if it is not what you thought it would be. Good luck

    Scared please help

I'm 58 and had never been in the hospital. I was terrified of going under anesthesia. I turned it over to God and my surgeon. It is normal to have fears. But the surgery has saved my life. I'm 4 months post and each day is a new me. Praying for you.
