  1. I, sir, stand and applaud you. Not only for coming forward, but for being "real". Congratulations on your success!! thanks @@Andrea72 im brian by the way! no need to call me sir im only 42 haha. truth is, I don't like fake people much. we all live by certain standards but judging someone like us after the journey we have been on is just wrong! Im real, always will be!
  2. oh and im in new Orleans, if anyone of you are in town and need a date, hit me up! like I said, im not perfect but im awesome lol!!!
  3. @@TammyL323 Its not all men! I have no perfect woman in mind personally! im not perfect either! I went from 472lbs to 243lbs and have some skin issues im not proud of but I don't let it stop me from living and having a good time doing it. if a guy doesn't like you only because of your body issue he isn't a good choice anyway! several woman that stared at me when I began my journey in the gym are now the very ones hitting on me. its not how you look that attracts me! its all personality! keep on smiling! the right guy is out there and will love you for you!
  4. its not that bad really. pain is very little. getting used to the diet takes a bit but once you get that dialed in and the weight starts falling off it will be worth every second of it all! good luck!
  5. had a vitamin get stuck once. flush it out with water.
  6. I had several before surgery but on arms and upper back. ive lost 245 lbs and they all look fine still. depends on where you want to get it at! I have added several hours of ink to my tats since weight loss as a celebration too!
  7. Haha.. Ok! I have a feeling you'd give me a serious workout. you better believe I sure would! Then I'd follow up with a hot shower, candlelight dinner and a massage! I guarantee the next day at work we would both be smiling!
  8. @@Chrystee I wish we shared the same gym!!!!!
  9. I can see why you are being checked out/stalked in the gym @@Steph0625 id be guilty of checking you out too! you too @@jenn1! beautiful ladies catch eyes wherever they go! after all we deal with to get to this point in our journey we all deserve to be checked out and hit on but not by creepy mccreeperson lol. just go in the gym and do your thing! keep smiling knowing you are being checked out and enjoy it! you deserve it!
  10. the throat feeling swollen is a common thing. it will feel better as you go. if the protein drink you are using is nasty, switch to a different flavor or brand. there are many that work just fine and taste good too! as you progress past your first week it will all get better and easier..
  11. ill be 1 year post surgery on the 23rd of april. went from 472 to currently 243. I lift 5 days a week and in the last 3 months have started power lifting. it has helped me with skin issues tremendously! now ill still probably end up need some skin removed in my stomach area and maybe inner thighs but my arms chest and legs have responded well! check out my gallery if you get a chance! good luck!
