  1. How long before I can exercise. I'm only a few days post-op. I know I got a ways to go but how long?

  6. Shannon that's my day too! I've been able to get two shakes in so I'm thankful for that. I'm just having a rough time getting water down it just doesn't taste the same since I have to sip on it.
  7. I made my own egg drop soup, but I didn't put any cornstarch in it. I seasoned it to taste and I have that twice a day. You can also try putting some protein into your pudding if you're on full liquids. There's a pudding that's Sam's sells that called Fit N Lean and it has 15 grams of protein.
  8. Hi everyone I'm officially crossed over to post-op. I had my surgery on Tuesday August 25th and I am doing absolutely great. I have no nausea, no vomiting and gas is mild. I also thank God that I didn't experience any complications Any other August 25th Sleevers out there? If so let me know how you all are doing!

  15. I spoke with my doctor's office today and they only give you and injection before you go home. But you're on Heparin will in the hospital.

  17. I don't know if I would want that if they told me no sedation. That's scary. Where are you having your surgery done?

  20. What happens if people just choose not to follow the pre-op diet?
  21. There is someone on this site who did, I can't remember her name but I think she was happy with him. I had Dr. Dominguez in Covington, no complications at all but I didn't care for him really.I was originally scheduled to see this doctor but Covington was so far away so I'm using Dr Bledsoe in Alexandria. He's great and he prays with you.
