I just came from the emergency room with bad stomach pains and was told I have H-Pylori bacteria. My sleeve is scheduled for August 25th how will this effect it? I'm in tears because I came too far for this to happen.

What kind of complications did you have?

How long after surgery will it take before I can drive again? And what are some things that I need to have on hand at the house while I recovering? Are there any certain food that I need?

I have had three prior surgeries and this is the scariest one I have ever had to prepare for. I just so afraind Im going to be hungry and miss the food so much.

Hi Laura, I have to go see my physician on the 10th then I'll start my pre-op diet. My feeling are all over the place.

My surgery is scheduled August 25th, and I'm so nervous and very anxious. I feel like crying and starting to have a change of heart. My doctor gave me a nerve pill but I still feel horrified. Has anyone else felt like this?

Why is everyone having all of these hernia? Like its an epidemic.

Atkins only have around 15 grams of protein. Everyone I know uses Premier Protein and that's what I plan to use after surgery.

I have a very small hernia will the doctor repair it during surgery? Also, I'm less than a month away from surgery and I'm getting really stressed is that normal?

Had surgery Monday too and had repair to the hiatal hernia .. I'm super sore and I got stuck with this drain .. that bothers more than anything Is the drain from having the hernia repair?

I know how you feel. I wanted to have my surgery in July because I wanted to be down a few sizes by Thanksgiving.

I'm scheduled for surgery August 25th. I was origanally scheduled for July 27th but my insurance was all messed up.

I was scheduled for July 27th but my insurance is tripping so hopefully August.
