Karyn, 51, s. Portland, Maine, post op rny 3 1/2 years. Many medical post op challenges incl loss of support person. Starting weight 611lb in September 2010. August 29, 2011, day of surgery 474 lb. Current weight @224-235 lb.
Benefits: co morbidities resolved while type 2 diabetes in remission. Right knee replaced 10/2014 with success. Panniculectomies sept 2013.
Old size: size 34 women's (=to size 54)
Current: size 18 ladies, size large sweat pants/ Walmart 1-2x tops, panties size 16 women's down to size 9 in ladies.
I have been and am in a intimate hetero relationship. Was introverted now ambivert. Psychologically stable (depression/anxiety) since fall 2008.
No regrets except exercise is impt in journey as early as possible.
