The idea of the Trump thing appointing justices is horrific.....I know that I shall never use the "P" word in conjunction with the thing...Senator Clinton did win her own state, Illinois....Yes, the ill-bred, under-educated and unthinking have spoken. May they revel in their choice and the humiliation they loosed upon the country and beyond....In short, Trump is uncouth, coarse, gross, unintelligent, unpresentable, ill-mannered and apish. Blaming a phone? An inanimate object? The truth is that the Trump brute is low quality. He's always been low quality. He's a belcher, a belly-scratcher. A person can say anything, but his actions speak the truth. How does one reconcile spouting about reviving domestic manufacturing and, with it, domestic jobs, while buying construction materials from overseas and not paying contractors and thereby workers according to the agreements? It's mostly the blue-collar workers (and backwoods types) who voted for him. Such blindness alone is criminal. Further, if it weren't so short-sighted, it would be laughable to say that, after any number of years change is needed. Do you trade in anything for the sake of trading in? Did you trade in your parents and kids because they'd been around long enough? @Babbs, @gowalking, @LipstickLady, I'm yours.

Wait, in order to quality as "gutter trash," he'd have to be of higher caliber than he is. It's been said after other elections and it certainly applies this time: Institute the popular vote. The Republic will continue, but in deeply diminished form, as will the position of being American.

So the incision inside my belly button has been oozing since yesterday. I talked to the doctor on call and I now have to go into the office on Monday for them to look at it. I suppose I can't complain too much since my recovery has been pretty seamless, but I hope it is a minor issue...

At my 1 month post-op appointment today, they said I have lost 57% of my excess body weight. Just 43% to go! Onward!!

Three NSVs - 1. my bra is to big for me... 2. I bought a lower body shaper back in 2011 for my sister's wedding - it took her and my mom helping me into it to pull it up in the back. I can now do it all on my own and it stays up! 3. I can rub my own back thank you very much

Disappointment. My work is demanding and just when I put in my leave, it turns out there is another work "emergency" that sets me back for another week. I'm getting anxious about scheduling for another surgery date.
