Great job. I had my surgery 7/2015 and was extremely happy when I reached wonderland. I cried like a baby because i haven't weighed under 200lbs since high school, which was 30 years ago.

You look amazing. When u do a side by side comparison you can see a big difference. We look at ourselves daily so we don't immediately see the difference. Keep up the hard work.

I'm 3 days post op and feel the same way. I can get 60 gm of Protein in without any problem. I make sure I sip & not gulp my fluids.

Hi everybody I've been reading posts for about three months. I guess it is time I introduced my self. I'm 47 5'4. HW265. I
have just completed all my test, classes, and 3 month supervised medical weight loss by my pcp. I'm waiting for insurance approval. Hopefully July will be my new birth month. Keeping my fingers crossed.
