  2. hi sandra sorry to hear about your hubby hope he is on the roed to recovery, know what you mean about the chocolates i won a raffle last week to easter eggs one of them with soft centres all around i knew i shouldn't have done it but couldn't stop myself but at least with the band we can get back on track pretty soon,take care and try and make time for yourself

  5. be guided by your lawyer i wish i had listened to mine but didn't want to damage is business and while i am comfortable didn't end up living in a penthouse like him i was totally manipulated, you just do what your advised and don't let your heart be the boss

  7. hello all this is a question on protein,is there a particular benefit from drinking protein drinks? and would it benefit me if i didn't eat a lot of meat?will it help to keep me satisfied between meal's[ i know i said a question and it turned into three sorry guys lol ]

  11. thanks roed queen, tried it today only for 15 mins this morning knees were sore but managed 20 this evening goal for tomorrow to do at least the same but try for more and increase water which i struggle a bit with
  12. i like a whole range of music am a child of the sixties my dad played the drums and piano in the pubs in the uk so i also like some of the 40'S and 50's i have kids in their 30's 20's and teens so i like dresden dolls frans ferdinand, good charlotte afi, cliff richards beetles bon jovi, i could go on and on but for your sanity i better not:biggrin1:

  25. your dog is adorable i love dogs i have a german sheperd myself ther's a guy who walk's his two basset's passed my house everyday and they are so friendly i think my next dog will be a basset, by the way pianoman where you from in uk i originally came from cheltenham but came to beautiful melborne 34 years ago
