  1. hi live2canoe thanks for welcome, i can think in pounds as i was born in england but lived here for many years and as we have been metric for a long time l'm confused now my kids laugh at me my height is imperial and any weighing i do is metric when i say how heavy i am it sounds better in kilos, wnen i say how much i have lost it sounds more pounds, does anyone know if you start losing slow does that mean that is how it is likely to carry on
  2. great to see others like me, i'm in australia as yet we only have a small support group, i had my band on the 19 july this year and have only lost 7kilos cant get my head around emotional aeting but i know i'll get there, jenny
