  1. :help:I was banded on November 12th. I started at 310 lbs. and I lost 30 pounds the first two weeks:clap2:, then stopped short and am hovering around 284. Everyone sees a difference in my appearance but my weight loss has bottomed out. I have not began a regular exercise routine and expect this to begin this week. I have been scared to lift anything. My port site just stopped hurting. I am hungry most of the time :hungry:and must admit I am having trouble binging. I go for my first fill next week. I honestly do not know what I should be eating. Anyone know of any good sites with diet and recipes or books? Thanks Ant
