I was sleeved at Florence and I found the place just fine. It's just like any other hospital, yes it's a bit dated but the staff were very nice and they followed protocols for infection prevention and patient comfort. I had the same nurses, I had my own bathroom, a tv and an extra bed for my husband. It met my expectations and I was very comfortable.

April 17th with Dr. Zavalza!

Hi all! I've been thinking about getting sleeved but I was very overwhelmed with finding a surgeon, after so much researching and I almost gave up. Amy, bless you darling, your posts really helped me decide to use Dr. Zavalza. It's so nice to hear the whole story complete with pictures. I like Dr. Z, his background is out there, he's easy to find, they have post care, even when you're back home and now a Facebook page for his patients to talk. Now I just need date!
