I weigh everyday. I'm addicted to the scale ????. My nutritionist says to weight once a week on Wednesday's. Research shows Wednesday's are the day we weigh the least during the week.

Mine make me feel the same way every time I take them. I can't wait until 6 weeks when I can swallow pills again!!

I'm being sleeved on 10/22 also!!

I got the flu shot Monday because I have to have it for work. I had my preop appt today and my surgeon wasn't happy that I got it so close to surgery. I'll be having surgery in 8 days!

Sam's is cheaper. $16 for 12 11oz shakes and they frequently have them on sale for $12.

Today is my 6th day of 14 days of clear liquids and protein shakes. I was 226 on Thursday and was 219 this am. Down 7 lbs in 5 days

My surgery is 10/22 also. For me the first 3 days were the hardest and each day it's getting a little easier. Keep up the good work! We got this!!

I'm the 22nd also! Started my liquid diet Thursday.

Has anyone used the Celebrate 4 in 1 shakes immediately after surgery? I am curious to see how they are before I spend $64. It would be great to have my Multivitamin, Calcium, Fiber and Protein all in one shake Thanks for any input.
