  1. I find it hoard to get in 1200 cal per day ... I sometimes want to just stay on liquids because I hate the feeling of food passing through my smaller part of my stomach.. any suggestions?
  2. looking for a super team of care givers the weight loss center located in Bostons Beth Israel Hospital (center of excellence) is the best of the best Dr. Jones and his team are wonderful, you will NEVER find a better team, it is so worth the trip.They help with everything to insurance help, mental health in prep of surgery. Everything you cant/wont find a better surgeon.:out::smile::wink2:
