  1. Low bmi-re checkin in. My boobs went first, I am still trying to find the correct bra size. My knees feel better. It's still hard to lose weight, you will have to work at it. You won't see the 50 led drop in 2 months. Socially, I've gotten used to it. At restaurants, I pick at my food, move it around, fake disgust, box it up and leave..no one really notices or cares. I don't regret my decision, I know I've dodged some major health issues. I know I will never be a stick, I just look more normal and less 'American'

Is it CHEATING or is it a CHOICE?

Honestly, I think some people like a good kick in the balls, it's motivation!

    Feeling sick after eating

What kind of antacid are you on? That could be a major player in this situation. You should really expect the puking part at your stage, nice, thick creamy foamy puke. Good luck

    Mirror, Mirror...

I feel the same way, I weighed the same as my skinniest weight ever, but all I see is fat. It occurred to me though that I had much nicer hair back in the day,it was a bluish black...maybe all you need is a spunky new haircut/hair color...

You could do a colon cleanse and a sauna session, or just be proud that you are going in the right direction.

They should give you some anti anxiety stuff before they wheel you into the operating roo
  7. A lb of fat is 3500 kcal, you need to have a deficit of that to lose a pound. I call total bs on that. I can eat several months of under a thousand calories and barely lose a pound a week. If I eat 800 cals of crap, I gain. 800 cals of disgusting protein, well there is the winner. I see the same stories all over this website. It's what you eat, not the calorie content of it

    Heartburn?

Yeah I should clarify, it's bad, but manageable. I take Prilosec in morning and ratidine at night. I have a reclining bed...it's all just expensive. And yest still better than being fat

Intense Travel 5 Weeks Post Sleeve Surgery

5 weeks is plenty enough time, you should even be on solids by then because stomach should be healed. You don't have to worry about busting a stitch at that point. I was doing 5 mile hikes at 4 weeks out and felt fine, just keep up with the protein. Safe travels

    Sleepy time

Any sleep eaters out there? If so, what have you gotten into. ( just for fun). I am a huge sleep eater, I get into Cheetos, ice cream, a bite of this and that. And yes, I know the solution is to not have them in the house to begin with, but tell that to my fat ass husband

Probably the same thing I would have done yesterday for an entire slice of my son's wedding cake. Food hasn't tasted as good as it did pre-op. Until yesterday. I'm still not allowed starchy carbs (have to wait 'til the 6 month post-op date in June) but decided I would have one bite of wedding cake. I ended up having two. I could have eaten the entire slice. It was the best tasting thing I have had since before surgery. And half the cake is sitting in my extra fridge in the garage, calling my name.

  17. Lucky girl, I had a cup cake at 8 days and I sucked on that thing all day, it was divine.nyou give me fast food though, pUKE... Gag...grease...

"You'd be much prettier if you lost weight"

Sounds like a shallow bitty. our society teaches us that we ALL would be prettier thinner, she's only repeating what she sees on the kardashians, don't listen to it!

  23. Liquids go in and go out, they don't sit in stomach at all. Refer to the barium swallow test, does anyone remember that crap just hanging out in the stomach? Liquids you should have no problem, drink away but don't chug, or you are gonna puke

My one chance, don't want to screw it up!

600-700? You are setting yourself up for one hell of a stall, seem a bit low to me, your body might freak out a bit
