Sigh. Freaking 6 pounds from ONEderland and only ONE pound from 100 lb loss. Of course I'm stalled!!

MRI of my thoracic spine today. I hate having them because I am claustrophobic but am looking forward to getting a treatment plan that works for my thoracic spine.

My weight starts with a "2" for probably the first time in 15+ years.

Hi everyone. Thursday, Friday and Saturday I was walking because I felt so good on Thursday and Friday. However I think I have been doing too much walking and sewing. Last night as I was working on sewing a curtain for my patio which I hope to me able to get out onto in the next coming weeks my back across the shoulder really started to hurt. Today the lower back shoulder pain has moved to the side breast underarm pit area. Is it possible for that pain to move? It makes me wonderful if the lower back shoulder pain I had was gas pain due to the laparoscopic surgery. If it is when does this gas pain truly leave the body? This new location pain hurts as much as the lower shoulder back pain did. Also how is it possible to gain weight when all I have had is protein soups and shakes? Yesterday when I got on the scale I was up 4 pounds. It makes no sense. Does liquid Tylenol with codeine cause weight gain even when you don't eat anything? Sorry for the venting but today is not a good day. I am frustrating that I may be backsliding not progressing.

It felt so good to use my walker instead of my electric mobility device to visit a sick friend today. She was so shocked to see me walking she applauded.

Just had surgery Monday and I guess because of all the water I was given through my IV ?? I have gained 6 pounds !!! Everytime they weighed me at the hospital I weighed more.

Now that I have started some treatment on my Lymphedema, my weight has been really dropping again.

Why all the deleting?

So on January 6th I had my surgery. I am down 22 pounds, but I find myself obsessed with the scale. For the past three days he has not moved in either direction. I find myself getting frustrated and I want to know how others have handled this craziness. Thanks!

Heels! Heels! Heels! I am getting obsessed with buying heels! I have always been a big shoe person and I had a lot of heels before, it just hurt to wear them for an extended period of time, now I can wear them all day no issues. I had to toss out all my wides because mediums fit perfect now. I also had to toss out all my sneakers. I have bought 5 pairs of Nikes in the last month.

I broke through the 400 mark this past week!

Apparently, cheese is a no-no for me. :-(

My surgical Consultation meeting is finally booked! I finished all my classes last thursday, and today my referral was received andsent over to the surgical group. i get to meet my surgeon on 2/1/2016! YAY!

Who can tell me about the QUEST cookies and Cream protein cookies? Are they like Orios??
