    I'ig fan of the taste of the Syntrax Protein powders too. I am drinking the caribbean cooler now which I personally love. It tastes like a pina colada sort of. I happen to love the flavor of coconut so I enjoy it. I t I had the fuzzy navel. I am going to order some more. I wonder how they stack up against some of the other protein powders nutritionally.

    Good thread! Have the same build and thighs/hips/butt seem to be stubborn in past attempts at weight loss. This time around I am not going to be so hard on myself about it because the "Kim K" look is "in" lol. I do know what you mean about the deposits. I'm very self conscious about my legs and dread showing them. Have not worn shorts since middle school.
    Supposedly some of this can be evened out with skin brushing (check Google- I think that's what it's called). Probably gimmicky but worth a shot. I believe surgery would probably be the only way to target a certain area.
    Building muscle under can help w shape. I like doing the bike too. Stairclimber is also good- def works the butt too.

    Good Morning All the March sleevers we are all going on a journey as i like to call a journey of a new me and a new you. I'm scared to death because we hear horror stories and some great ones also. I decided to take my journey with the good the bad and the indifferent because as i keep repeating someone told me to think of it as a skinner and healthier you. We all have thoughts that throw us off but this site was created so we all could be in the know and support each other. Lets keep doing that. I'm March 30th my date is after all of you so guys please keep me posted on your journey....

    i have PF bad too and can barely walk on it. I'm hoping that losing weight will help. I've already had one surgery on my foot and had another scheduled but canceled due to a quick opening for vsg. I also have always had bad thunder thighs. I'm actually going to post a question kind of similar.

    @@Bobby46 I am in the same boat. My waist and butt are small but my thighs and calves are still big. All of my pants are tight in the legs and gaping in the waist. I feel like I am mooning the world all of the time!

    I'm hoping if I lose some weight the Plantar Facitis will get better or I'll be crushed. I had gotten into a routine of going to the track from March- Nov to walk on the weekends and it's going to kill me if I can't do that anymore. I might talk to my PCP about getting a cortisone shot

    I'm late to this party, but just take a look at my gallery photos to see how bottom-heavy I am (my boobs are fake). I hate to break it to you, but there is NOTHING you can do to target weight loss to certain areas of your body (short of liposuction for small amounts of fat). It's going to put weight on and take weight off where it sees fit. You can only lower your overall body fat percentage, but you can't redistribute your weight. Specific types of exercise isn't going to make you lose fat in a specific area, it will only help you build up specific muscles.

    being obese etc is terrible - weight you carry around your tummy area is terrible!!

    could be worse?
