Wow! What was your starting weight and now? When did you have surgery? I started at 269 and I am now 194. with 29 pounds to go. I had VSG on Feb 24, 2015, so almost 7 month ago.

Just had my 5 month surgiversary! Down about 65 lbs & loving my life! So many things besides stairs and running are making me breathless in the best of ways???????? Here's some before pics And here's some recent "afters" but I still have about 30lbs to go
