Hi everyone! I am in Salem, NJ and I am having my surgery done at Inspira in Vineland. Dr. Iqbal is my Dr., and him and his staff is great! I am scheduled for surgery Oct. 22, 2015. having my EGD on 9/22/15. I start my liquid diet on 9/28/15. I can't wait till surgery!

I don't know anything about the stalls... yet. Maybe you just need to change things up....different exercise and maybe reduce your calories by a few. have you called your nutritionist? Has a Dr. Appointment today, and it just so happened they got my insurance approval for my surgery today! yay! My surgery has been scheduled for October 12, 2015! I can't believe all that I have to get done, between now and my surgery! So many tests...but I will do whatever it takes! I am just so excited I had to share

I haven't had my surgery yet, I am still going through all the pre-op requirements, but I have been working with my nutritionist on losing weight. I was doing great, and now I am gaining weight! I am keeping my diary of what I eat on fitness pal, and it shows that I am on track, but yet, I am still gaining some. Any suggestions?? Thanks, Karma

My Nutritionist has me keeping a diary of everything I eat, and suggested fitness pal. I have started using it, and so far I really like it! Anyone else use this?

My Appnt. went great! I have lost 10 lbs since my Dr appnt. on Jan 8th

Hey everyone! Feeling excited here... I am heading out here in a few minutes for my first appointment with the nutritionist! I have to do 3 of these appnts. I also go to my first group meeting tonight at 7. I have to do 3 of those also.
