I Don't know what I am doing wrong!

I haven't had my surgery yet, I am still going through all the pre-op requirements, but I have been working with my nutritionist on losing weight. I was doing great, and now I am gaining weight! I am keeping my diary of what I eat on fitness pal, and it shows that I am on track, but yet, I am still gaining some. Any suggestions??

Thanks,

Karma

First off, way to go on keeping a diary of what you are eating! It keeps you mindful. What times of the day are you eating? How many times a day are you eating? Are you exercising? I am asking these questions because...

1. it is not recommended to eat after 7PM because of how your body digests your food.

2. Eating too little can cause your metabolism to slow down and throw your body into starvation mode. Therefore, potentially making you gain weight.

3. If you are exercising, it could be muscle mass that you are gaining.
