Congrats you look amazing I have one question for you do you measure all your food. I was sleeved February 2013 and am stuck between 207 and 210. I was 248 before surgery I feel like a failure maybe I still eat too much. I don't that's why I was wondering if you measure your food and how much or how many cups of food do you eat daily thank you so much. -
