  1. Getting ready for a wedding today. Figured I would take this shot and compare it to one I did about 6 years ago. I was indeed at my heaviest weight at the time. And I dont even need a belt to wear these pants.

  3. For me, I would say that I didn't start to notice actual belly/tummy loss until about 10 weeks post surgery. So for me my surgery was a few days before Christmas, and it wasn't until like late April before I notice the difference in actual stomach/tummy area. I lost a lot in my arms/legs, face, neck & ass before my tummy/waist started to shrink. And shrinking its still doing. I went from a 58 waist to a 38 waist now currently. Thank you so much I'm just getting to the 10 week mark now. So that's is encouraging that hopefully I start seeing those results soon! Just remain focus, follow your surgeon's plan for success and you'll get there.

  5. Dude way to go man. I'm very proud to hear you moving towards the right path. When I started this process 24 months ago, surgery 17 months ago, I was at 597lbs. So it can be done. You can reach that goal.
  6. Thank you. However the work isn't completed yet. I still have some ways to go before I conclude my surgical journey a complete success. So fair I would say that its successfully moving in the right direction.
  7. Lets see at my heaviest recorded weight I was 597lbs when I saw my surgeon for the first time in April of 2014. I am pretty sure I was even bigger than that, but I never really touched scales unless I was at the doctors office. The day of the surgery with a pre-surgery diet over that summer and then the two week clear liquid diet before the surgery I had got all the way down to about 463lbs the morning of the surgery. I had my surgery in Dec of 2014, so about 7 months of getting rid of as much weight as I possibly could before the surgery to try and avoid any complications. So far I have gotten down to about 255-265lbs. I have been floating around those same 10lbs for a few weeks now. Goal weight for me is to be at 220-230lbs. So yeah the last 30lbs or so pounds I need to lose have been the most challenging to get rid of so far. With summer coming I had initially wanted to reach that goal by the end of May. I don't know if I will get there, but if I would reach it by Aug 1st. I would be totally stoked. Either way good luck to you. Us over 400lbs people can get great results with this surgery. I have lost more weight in the last year and a half that what I actually weight. To date that number is 332lbs.
  8. You look outstanding. Excellent job madam
  9. Wow you look fantastic. Excellent job to get down to your current weight in 12 months no less.
  10. Like someone else said here about 10 days after being released from the hospital and back home.

The following are various pictures of me taken between 2010 up to around Nov-Dec of 2014. These were prior to my VSG procedure. Some of these pictures will show me when my weight fluctuated between 595lbs to my weight pre-surgery weight (463lbs)
