  1. You should be able to eat chili, just in a limited quantities. I make it all the time with ground chicken and a lot of different brand for protein. I miss shrimp parmigiana,
  2. Hi, my Dr & nutritionist told me only to have any vitamins on a chewable form only. They don't recommend the gummy version. The chewable absorbs easier into your system. They just recommended using PatchMD. It's a patch you place on your body for 12 hours. Look into it if you like.

  5. Hi. I had those same symptoms of pins and needles to thinking of blood clots. Ask your dr about the bovie pad. I was given a Rx for lidocaine patch and it has helped. I still feel the pain but not as extreme. I'm hoping it gets better over time.Oh gosh! So do I! Good luck with that and I sure will talk to him about that. I also feel like burning at times! Hope we get better ???? I hope so. It's such an uncomfortable feeling

  7. Hi. I been experiencing numbness and sensitivity on my right leg. The pain was so severe I had to go to the ER. They couldn't figure out what was causing it. Luckily I got a hold of my surgeon and was told I'm getting a reaction from the BOVIE PAD they placed on my leg during surgery. The prescribed me a lidocaine patch and it has helped but not I cannot put anything in my pants pockets because the area is so sensitive. I have an upcoming appt to see a neurologist. It's such an annoying pain. I was never told about the pad being used. I've read people have had burns from the pad.

  12. Yes. I started drinking coffee (decaf) once I was clear for eating soft food. I'll have about 2 or 3 oz.
  13. I spread all my Rx and multivitamins apart by 2 or 2.5 hours.
  14. Don't let that discourage you. Doctors don't always know what you can accomplish. My doctor told me I would lose 75lbs in 6 months post op. To her surprise I lost 72 lbs in 2 months. You can reach your desired goal in time with hard work and discipline. Make sure you get your protein in
  15. 15 lbs. in the first week and total of 72 lbs in 8 weeks.
