Hello everyone, I am currently mid week into the first week of my 2 week liver reduction diet and I can tell you that I am having a difficult time. Having to prepare meals for my family have proven to be the hardest adventure of all. I mean the food smell and look so good, but ultimately I know that I can not have any...PERIOD. How did you manage to prepare meals for your family without slipping a piece or two in your mouths. How did you get over the cravings and urges....I am trying so hard to succeed and I am afraid I will not shrink my liver in time for my surgery next Friday. HELP
