Need vitamin suggestions please
I been using patchmd and thankfully my body has adsorbed it well. My NUT suggested I cut them in half. I been using the multivitamin but they have a few more options. Here a discount code They sell for $20 for a 30 day supply. Definitely a lot cheaper than buying multiple vitamins at the store.

Hi all, I been using multivitamins from PATCHMD.com. My NUT & PCP reviewed my blood work and advised me to cut the patch in half. Apparently my body is absorbing everything well and now I have to much. I'm way over on D3 and few others. Let's see what taking half does for me over the next 2 months.- Before and After Pics

Congrats.,- Buying future clothes
Depending how Much and how fast you lose, the Best way is to have your clothe taken in during the losing stages. I had most of my pants taken before buying anything new. I didn't want to look sloppy. When you're home just w Ear comfortable clothe. Sweat pants etc.- 2 Weeks Post-Op Stall?
You'll be fine, you're body is going through a lot of changes right now internally. What kind of soup are you having? Just the broth or regular soup?- How long was hospital stay?
I had surgery on a Friday morning and went home Saturday afternoon.- Post op questions
Definitely too much sugar. That's why your body is craving more. You have to try a different one. Also what else are you drinking? I started drinking coffee after I was cleared for regular food. I keep to my 4oz between coffee, G2 and crystal lite. Most energy drinks are carbonated and provide unnecessary vitamins since you're taking others to keep your energy up along with protein. Try the muscle milk pro series. It has 40 grams of protein per bottle.- Watermelon
Most important is water and G2 or crystal lite drinks. Don't forget the walking / exercise.- Watermelon
Thank you. My daily routine changes so I don't get bored with the food. Bfkt- egg whites Toast Protein shake Morning / afternoon snack sugar free pudding Jello Homemade granola bars Sugar free frozen pops lunch / dinner Homemade chili Eggplant Grilled chicken Chicken salad Tuna salad- Working out
I was cleared to exercise after 6 weeks. Basically do a lot of walking and lite weights at home. Waiting my kids to return to school to join the gym. Thankfully the walking has helped. Next week makes 12 weeks post op and I'm down 81lbs.- Light headed and tired
Tired and sleepy is normal. The first week after surgery I had energy to waste but then I was taking naps here and there. I was only able to walk 10 minutes max but gradually increased every few days. Now I'm 12 weeks post op and have a lot more energy , more than expected - What's your vitamin of choice
