  1. Thank you! @@Miss Meg I'm so excited to see changes as my journey progresses. I was just baffled by this "setback". How have you been doing with getting in your fluids and protein??
  2. Thank you @@caramel6 I believe that is my issue. I need to increase my fluid intake. That will be my mission this week, increase my fluids and hide my scale lol
  3. @@Will2014 Thank you!! Yes, I'm in nursing school now so I know the repercussions of not getting in enough fluids, and that's the scary part. It has gotten a little better. I found that warm liquids go down easier for me. I appreciate the advice.
  4. @@marbelvsg Thanks for the reply, it's not my time of the month but it may be that I'm not getting in enough fluids so in turn I am retaining water. Ugh I thought it would be a lot easier than this lol.
  5. Thanks for the replies. I always knew the scale was evil. I just thought I would like it a little more once I started losing weight.
  6. I have a question, because I'm very confused. I had my surgery Dec 18th. So far I've lost 25lbs. I'm happy with that loss but the past 2 days the scale is reading that I'm gaining weight. I have no idea how that's possible since I'm surviving off of hot tea and the occasional half-cup of soup. Any insight??

  8. Hi, I had my switch the 18th. I'm having a terrible time getting in my liquids and protein. I'm finding that every time I drink or try to eat I start burping. Can anyone else relate?
