Hi I was sleeved 4 weeks ago. I am really having trouble with constipation. I also have IBS so I need something that would not leave me laxative dependent. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Too quick?

Sorry to ask this I'm new but what is a NUT ?
  3. Hi! I am 3 weeks out from having my sleeve. I worried about it until I had found the right surgeon that I was comfortable with his success rates and he also had no leaks or infections add of yet. I also have small children and waited a year to absolutely be sure. It's natural to be frightened but having confidence in your surgeon is very important. I have had no complications and I am down 30 pounds so far! So was 230 now 200.

    Isopure OR Muscle Milk?

I live in South Carolina so I but it from Bi lo. If you have it in your area they can order it by the case for you or you can order from the company I think It's made by Shamrock Farms.

    Isopure OR Muscle Milk?

I love Rocking Refuel. It is 8 net carbs and 30 grams of protein.
  6. I made the decision to have my sleeve when my diabetes was severely effecting my kidneys. I of course wanted to lose weight but that was the determining factor for me. I am very lucky to be a nurse who works on a surgical floor. One of which is a wonderful bariatric surgeon. I went through the process pretty quickly. My starting weight was 243 and day of surgery I was at 230. This is my 3rd week post op and I am down to 206. I feel great in all but I am still having trouble eating the recommended protein and maintaining my water intake. I feel full very fast. I can drink a protein shake which helps. I am looking forward to seeing more weight come off! Kim Rn1999
