;) Hi my name is Yamira, I am 40 years old and My weight is 219 lbs, my height 5'1 making my BMI 40.6.  I been overweight for so long now that I don't remember when It got so out of control. I look at myself, at my body and don't recognize the person looking back at me. I decided to have weight loss surgery when at my last medical appoitment all my lab test result were very alarming. High cholesterol, Pre diabetes and Hypertension to list a few, I became very aware of my situation when I was labeled as obese. OMG I couldn't believe I have gotten myself to this point, with poor eating habits and limited exercise (ok no exercise), but the bigger I got the less energy I had to the things I wanted to do. So My surgery date is May 4, 2015. I am having my surgery at Bellevue Hospital. I am very excited to start this journey, also very scared. I can't wait to look at myself and see a more healthy, happy me.  :unsure:  :unsure:  :unsure:
