Hi all! I was sleeved 12/23/15. SW: 236.2 lbs CW: 165.2 lbs I've lost 71 lbs overall. I have been very happy with my results! However, I am wanting to tone up more. I am starting an advocare 24 day challenge on Monday (2/6) and increasing my exercise (I've been slacking). I was wondering if anyone else has tried this???
